Our History
At Woodhams Construction Inc,. we have been providing quality construction, design conception and construction management services since 1977. We are a recognized leader in the Central Valley and Coastal areas of California meeting the constantly changing demands of architecture with new materials and techniques.
Woodhams Construction, Inc. was started in Los Gatos, California and was involved in high-end custom homes, duplex construction and remodeling. Our emphasis today is in the areas of commercial/light industrial, including automotive dealerships, office buildings, medical/dental, retail buildings, metal buildings, steel structures and tenant improvements.

- Corporate Interiors Woodhams Construction specializes anywhere from a simple redesign to an overall project.
- Retail/Automotive We have worked with both new builds and redesigns within the Automotive and Retail industries.
- City/School Projects We have worked on various Public Works Projects for Clovis Unified School District, Fresno Unified School District, California State University Fresno and Fresno City College. We have also completed design/build projects for private commercial customers throughout the Central Valley.
- Residential Log Cabins Starting in the Greater Shaver Lake region we will be constructing new and renovating existing residential structures to create stunning log cabin homes.
